Ok, just chatted with Best Buy as to why they won’t take orders online to pickup Gears of War 3 in stores…

Customer: I go to pre-order it and it still says ‘In Stores: coming soon’
Jesstin: Because we are not accepting pre orders for store pickup for the game.
Customer: …why not?
Customer: it’s a AAA game title, not some kid game that no one buys
Jesstin: Corporate decision.
Customer: oh well…guess GameStop gets my service from now on
